How long does shipping take?
Non-branded in-stock products generally ship same day to 2-days following the received order.
Custom orders generally take between 2-3 weeks, some faster or slower depending on shipping method.
Can Orders be Returned?
All non-custom product returns are subject to approval by Seattle Design Lab and will incur a 25% restocking fee. Do not return any merchandise without first obtaining authorization by emailing Help@SeattleDesignLab.com.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
